Welcome to the official site of the Mareeba Karting Club. The Mareeba Karting Club was incorporated in 2009 to provide people of Far North Queensland with a safe and fair place to race and have fun at one of the highest quality karting tracks in Australia, MakoTrac. The MakoTrac is located on Springs Road Mareeba, next door to the Mareeeba Rodeo Grounds. It features a 411m hire kart facility accomponied by 1345m professional race track featuring 17 different variations. MakoTrac also provides a bitumen pit area, covered pit boxes and a parts shop.
The Mareeba Karting club follows most Australian Karting Association rules but is not an incorporated club. Mareeba Karting Club does provide insurance for it's racers.
